A 2-morning high intensity interactive Course to transfer skills, knowhow & solutions

UTILISING THE CARICOM CVQ SYLLABUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL 2

This 9-hour Course will equip and tweak the skills of frontline customer service personnel to face the post-Independence, elections and Christmas shopping seasons. Following the 9-hour presentation, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a post-training assessment at their places of work.
